Business Invoice Kit provides tools for creating invoices and configuring currencies and taxes. The app does not constitute accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for determining the tax treatment, invoice requirements, payment terms and other legal or financial requirements applicable to your business.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the application for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or services.

Business Invoice Kit may record payment information for invoice- tracking purposes. Recording a payment in the app does not itself constitute processing or settlement of a financial transaction unless a specific payment service is expressly provided through the application.

Business Invoice Kit, including its software, branding, visual design, text, logos and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Sumanavastava Innovations and is protected by applicable intellectual- property laws.
You may use the application only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Business Invoice Kit available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device or network.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the service when reasonably necessary.
10. Backups and Data Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies or backups of important business information. You should not rely on the application as the sole repository for critical business records.
Data stored locally may be lost if the application is deleted, device data is cleared, the device is lost or damaged, or other circumstances affect local storage.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Business Invoice Kit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the application will meet every business requirement or that generated documents will always be suitable for a particular legal, tax or regulatory purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sumanavastava Innovations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the application, including loss of data, business interruption or loss of profits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using Business Invoice Kit at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, security or legal interests, or where these Terms are violated.
14. Privacy
Your use of Business Invoice Kit is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
